BDL Management Trainee Result 2026: Final Merit List Declared!

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has officially released the Final Result for the recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) across various disciplines including Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, and Finance (Advt No. 2025-4).
Following the interviews conducted from February 27 to March 18, 2026, the final merit list—based on the combined weightage of the Computer-Based Test (85%) and Personal Interview (15%)—is now available for download.

Navigate to Careers: Click on the “Careers” or “HR” section on the homepage.
Find the Link: Look for the notification titled “Final Selection List for the post of Management Trainee vide Advt. No. 2025-4”.

Search Your Detail: Use Ctrl+F and enter your Registration Number or Name to check your selection status.
Selection Details & Next Steps
Final Merit List: Includes the roll numbers of candidates selected for appointment.
Medical Examination: Selected candidates will receive a separate intimation via email regarding their pre-employment medical examination at designated hospitals.
Document Verification: Final appointment is subject to the successful verification of original character certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and educational credentials.
