Eligibility Criteria
To avail of the benefits under this scheme, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Parental Registration: Parents must be registered as laborers with the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
Active Membership: The laborer must have been registered for at least one year (some categories may require 90 days of active work history).
Student Status: The applicant (child) must be studying in a recognized school or college in classes ranging from Primary (1st standard) up to Post-Graduation.
Limit: The benefit is generally applicable for up to two children per registered family.

Income Certificate and Caste Certificate (if applicable).
