RRB NTPC 10+2 UG Exam City Details 2026

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially activated the link for the NTPC Undergraduate (10+2 Level) Exam City Intimation Slip (CEN 07/2025) as of April 27, 2026.

The city slip is released on a rolling basis, exactly 10 days before your scheduled exam date. If your exam is on May 7, your slip is available now.

The CBT-1 exam will be conducted in multiple phases. Check the table below to see when your city slip will be live:

How to Check Your Exam City & Date

1. Visit Regional RRB Website: Go to your respective regional portal (e.g., RRB Chandigarh, RRB Kolkata, etc.).
2. Click City Slip Link: Look for the notice: “CEN 07/2025 (NTPC-Undergraduate): CBT-1 City-Intimation”.
3. Login: Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
4. View Details: Your slip will show the Exam City, Exam State, Date, and Shift Timing.
5. Travel Authority: SC/ST candidates can download their free Rail Travel Authority pass from this same login.

Shift Timings & Reporting

The exam is conducted in three shifts. You should arrive at the center at least 1.5 hours before the start time.

Important Reminder

The Exam City Slip is NOT an Admit Card. You cannot enter the exam hall with it. Your Official Admit Card will be available for download exactly 4 days before your exam date.

• For May 7 Exam: Admit Card available from May 3, 2026.
• For May 8 Exam: Admit Card available from May 4, 2026.
